Built because searching was the hardest part
Menopause support has grown quickly, and so has the noise. Anyone can call themselves a menopause coach. We built a directory where that word means something checkable.
The Credible Coach Standard lists coaches who have completed recognised training and whose claims have been verified by a person, not an algorithm. We started with executive and workplace coaching because that is where the need was loudest: senior women managing significant responsibility through a physical transition that rarely gets named at work.
The directory is free to search, requires no account, and does not sell placement. Coaches are not ranked by payment. Over time we will extend the same standard to other support professions — nutritionists, physiotherapists, sleep specialists — but only once the model is proven here.
Our principles
- Publish the criteria. If you cannot see how a listing was judged, it is not transparent.
- Verify before publishing, not after complaints.
- Never imply clinical authority. Coaching supports; it does not treat.
- Keep search useful — real filters, honest result counts, no dark patterns.
