Verification limits

We check listed qualifications and identity against our published criteria at the time of review. A listing is not an endorsement, guarantee of outcome, or ongoing supervision of a coach's practice. Any engagement is a contract between you and the coach.

Coach obligations

Coaches must keep their profile accurate, hold the qualifications they claim, work within their scope of practice, and notify us of material changes. We may suspend or remove any listing that no longer meets the criteria.

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from the use of this directory or from services provided by a listed coach.
